About Republican Central Committee of Harford County

Welcome to the Republican Central Committee of Harford County Web Site. Through this site you can get information on Republican news and events in Harford County, find out about the Central Committee and the Republican Clubs in the County, volunteer, make contributions, and much more.

To find out what we do, and how we do it, you can read our bylaws. (Bylaws will be reviewed in November with the newly elected committee. Amendments may be made at that point)

The Republican Central Committee holds regular meetings at 6:30 pm on the third Wednesday of each month.  If you have any questions, contact the Chairman, Jeff McBride or speak to any member of the Central Committee.

 

Current Members

 

Jeffery McBride, Chair

Jeff is a lifelong resident of Harford County.  He first was appointed to the central committee in 2012 and has since served as finance chair and 5 prior terms as Chairman.  Jeff is a licensed professional engineer and is a partner at the firm he has been with since 1987.  He has also served on legislative committees for professional engineering organizations where he has participated in legislative oversight at the state and federal levels for over 2 decades.


Senator Linda Norman, Vice Chair

Linda Norman is currently serving her second term as Vice-Chair for the Republican Central Committee. She is also a board member of The Alliance of Harford County and a former State of Maryland Senator.

 


Bel Air Town Commissioner, Jake Taylor

Jake Taylor is a lifelong resident of Harford County and current student at Loyola University Maryland, where he serves as President of the College Republicans. He has experience running campaigns in Harford County and looks forward to amplifying young and new voices within the party.

Joe Norman

Joe Norman was born and raised in Harford County, and currently resides with his wife and three boys in Jarrettsville. Joe has been an active volunteer for candidates and for the Harford County GOP and looks forward to continuing that work as an elected member of the Republican Central Committee of Harford County. In his professional life Joe owns and operates two small businesses, The Norman Home Team of Keller Williams Gateway and Blue Door Residential Property Management.


Stacy McLamb

Stacy was born and raised in Harford County and is now raising her 2 children here. Stacy was appointed to the Harford County Republican Central Committee in March 2021 and was elected to continue serving in 2022. She has spent the last 15 years working in Government Property for DoD contractors at APG. Stacy volunteers her time coaching softball and serving on the Education Foundation for her children’s school.

Brian Kelly

Brian is a lifelong Republican that has supported and volunteered on many Republican campaigns. Brian is an Army Veteran and has been working for the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command for the past 26 years. He has lived 14 years in overseas locations and deployed 4 times to Southwest Asia. Brian met his wife in the Republic of Korea, where they were married 36 years ago.  Together they raised their two children, moving often between duty stations, before settling in Havre de Grace, MD.

A conservative Republican who promotes the Platform of the RNC and the mission of the Republican Central Committee of Harford County.

    Republicans should repudiate our US Representative Andy Harris for breaking Congressional rules – he is either paranoid or intended to harm someone with the gun he attempted to bring into our Congress. This is not the face of Harford County GOP! If he were a student, he would be suspended immediately and an evaluation given of his mental status!
